Mining claim to Canadian company for gold mine in Tamanrasset |
ALGIERS- National Agency of Mining Patrimony (ANPM) granted Sunday the Canadian company "Mines Cancor Inc." a mining claim for prospecting the mine gold of Nord Tirek (Tamanrasset province, 1970km south of Algiers) for an amount of USD50,000. The claim was granted at the Energy and Mines Ministry building, in a session in which five other bids were made for the same mine. Two of the five tenders have been rejected. One of them for lack of experience in mine prospecting, and the other didn't provide documents on the costs of the mining works.[APS] Ottawa, May 6th, 2008. |
